Throughout the year we will be offering a number of workshops targeted at improving your skills and knowledge in a variety of topics. Below you will find some of the upcoming workshops available. Our goal is to make these workshops fun, educational and affordable with a target cost of $20 per ticket.
Seed Starting - Pots, Trays & Beds
Saturday, April 5 1-3 pm $20 per person
Join Mariela and learn all about starting seeds in pots, trays and directly into your garden bed. Learn how to read seed packages, select the right seed types and make your own potting mix. Also, what extra steps you can take to ensure your seeds get off to a good start using organic soil amendments. This is a hands-on workshop for novice gardeners so bring your seeds, your questions and your willingness to learn.
