Field Crop Lead - 2026 Season
Wicked Welly Farm is looking for an experienced vegetable farmer to assist with our 3/4 acre market garden. This position is perfect for individuals who love working outdoors, have a passion for sustainable agriculture and love growing amazing organic vegetables.

Typical Tasks:
maintenance of the garden beds including weeding and cultivation
Prepare beds, direct seed and transplant seedlings
install irrigation and trellis
Harvest, wash and pack

Experience Needed:
no-till, permanent raised bed style growing
organic growing practices
Able to perform physical tasks
crop specific knowledge
