Our Honey Bee Journey

Christine has been beekeeping since May of 2020 and has had an amazing time learning about the world of honey bees!  Thanks to Michael Barber from Tri City Bee Rescue for his mentoring, his bees, and so much more. 

I received my first four nucleus colonies from Mike in May of 2020 when everything shut down due to Covid. Mike, along with the educational videos from the Honey Bee Research Centre, were the reasons why I had a successful first year!
